This "manifesto" video  produced by the AOA should open automatically. It is a 17Mb file from the internet. The download time depends on your connection. Broadband may take about a minute; 56k modem will take about 15-20 mins

1. Download the file to your computer, which is a .wmv extension, save and open. Right click on this hyperlink, Save Target As {enter the directory you wish to save the file in}
    

2. Open the file online using Windows Media Player:

   • Start - Programs - Accessories - Entertainment - Windows Media Player
